FermenTas is once again hosting Fire + Ferment, an evening of rich conversations and delicious food with Timbre Kitchen. Timbre’s Matt Adams has crafted a luxurious shared banquet, celebrating all things fired and fermented. The evening begins around the fire, then moves indoors for a feast featuring Matt’s signature dishes, made with locally sourced produce and complemented by Tasmanian fermented beverages.
