Naomi is a Research Fellow in Food Processing and Engineering at the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture, University of Tasmania.
After owning and operating a chocolate business, she decided to pursue her love of experimenting with food and completed her PhD at the University of Queensland in 2022. She is passionate about chocolate, coffee and making food taste great.
With an interest in developing new and exciting technologies, her current research at the University of Tasmania focusses on optimising the quality and safety of shelf-stable foods.
